Sellers are responsible for keeping stock and pricing current, accepting orders they can fulfill, communicating delays early, and following stated cancellation, return, and refund policies.
Customer Communication
Sellers must use chat, phone, WhatsApp, email, and dashboard tools professionally. Harassment, misleading claims, off-platform fraud, and refusal to address order issues can lead to review.
Verification Documents
SokoDirect may request registration certificates, tax documents, identity documents, or ownership notes. Documents are used for trust and safety checks and should be valid and current.
Account Review and Payout Rules
SokoDirect may review, pause, or suspend seller accounts for policy violations, repeated buyer complaints, false listings, or suspicious activity. Payout or settlement rules depend on the payment methods enabled for the seller and may be updated as the platform expands.
