You agree to use SokoDirect for lawful marketplace activity, keep your account information accurate, and avoid actions that harm buyers, sellers, promoters, admins, or the platform.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers should provide accurate contact and delivery details, review products before checkout, pay through supported channels, and communicate respectfully with sellers and support.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must publish accurate product details, prices, stock levels, images, fulfillment timelines, and business profile information. Sellers may not list prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, restricted, or misleading products.
Orders, Cancellations, and Protection
Orders may be accepted, fulfilled, cancelled, or reviewed under marketplace rules. SokoDirect may assist with disputes, suspicious activity, missing items, incorrect listings, or abusive communication.
Account Suspension
SokoDirect may restrict or suspend accounts that repeatedly violate rules, submit false verification information, abuse checkout or chat systems, or create risk for other users.
Limitation of Liability
SokoDirect provides marketplace tools and support, but sellers remain responsible for their products, stock, delivery promises, and customer communication. The platform may change features, terms, or availability as the service grows.
